WATCH IT: Jeremy Enigk "Mind Idea"

The skateboard kids are alright. With a typically elegiac, yet transcendent Jeremy Enigk song as the soundtrack, director AG Rojas gracefully fixes a camera on a skateboarding gang that is up to nothing but good. No destruction, no stealing. They sneak into houses, but merely to get comfort and emotional warmth, not to vandalize or steal. The Compton script on one of their hats reads Commune and that seems exactly what they have here. --> watch "Mind Idea"

WATCH IT: Clara "Until The End"

First off, don't mistake for Clara for Ciara, like I did when I first watched the video. It was confusing. Clara is a young, family friendly German star (though as the song title indicates, she sings in English here). Most notable in terms of the video is it marks something completely different for TAJ, a director who's been making a name for himself with a string of solid hip-hop/r&b videos. Shot on location in Prague, the video shows Clara paying respects to her grandma as she plays the piano and thinks about the good times spent at their lush, yet rustic countryside home.
