WATCH IT: Jane's Addiction "Underground" (Robert Hales, dir.)

What constitutes 'underground' varies widely, depending on who you ask. Jane's Addiction tackles that question for themselves, with their latest video from director Robert Hales. As one would expect from Perry Farrell and the boys, this version of underground feels debauched — and that is even before we get a peek at the racier Playboy-only version. If your boss doesn't care what kind of sites you visit, and you wanna see someone topless in a short skirt that isn't Perry Farrel - check out the clip's exclusive premiere on the Playboy site.

WATCH IT: Ke$ha "Sleazy Remix 2.0" (Nicholaus Goossen, dir.)

Whether this video is sleazy or sweet depends on your point of view. Director Nicholaus Goossen casts some decidedly non-glamorous people to lip-sync the vocals of this Ke$ha remix, but damn if they don't all seem happy living on the margins. --> watch "Sleazy Remix 2.0"

WATCH IT: Electric Guest "American Daydream" (Jorma Taccone, dir.)

The vocalist for Electric Guest is Asa Taccone, and he looks familiar because his brother is Jorma — famous for being on boats and pants soiling for SNL/Lonely Island. With that pedigree, this video may at first seem oddly downbeat and not obviously funny. It starts out seeming to be about savage jealousy at a party, but as things play out, it becomes clear that a serious jonesing for accessories of all kinds is the cause. And in my mind, watching the singer attack people for their scarves and ironically cool fur hats is really funny - and possibly a commentary on materialism as it applies to our American Daydream.
