You remember Toni Basil, right? If not, ask your parents. But, Ms. Basil had one of the first MTV music video smashes with "Mickey" — stick with it past the intro, which I don't think ever aired with the video back in the day — and also choreographed Talking Heads "Once In A Lifetime."
She returns to the scene for this dancetastic collaboration for CSS and co-director Matt Dilmore, taking her old-school video style but placing it in a more contemporary, yet timeless and delightfully odd setting. Watch via NME premiere, or embedded below:
