Who knew it was such a fine line between a porn flick premise and a charming little indie music video? Director Michael Grodner lays out an ode to true love and monogamy in a clip for long-running Omaha collective Cursive that stars David Nehar of the online comedy troupe Honor Student. The premise is basic, especially if you enjoy late night cable: A guy and a girl waste time serial dating a bunch of losers, before finally realizing that they were meant to be together. The hook here is that the serial dating is not serial at all, but simultaneous. It's like speed dating, but not confined to a few minutes at a sad little table. --> watch "From The Hips"
