Nominations have been announced for Canada's Juno Awards...
And one cool thing about the Video of the Year category is that the director is the primary nominee, which is the inverse of nearly every other music awards show. Respect, Canada.
Video of the Year nominees are:
- Director X for Drake "HYFR"
- Margaret Malandruccolo for Alan Doyle "Testify"
- Margaret Malandruccolo for Johnny Reid "Fire It Up"
- Sean Wainsteim for Walk Off The Earth "Little Boxes"
- WeWereMonkeys for Of Monsters And Men "Little Talks"
PS: Only Canadian directors were eligible for award consideration...
