NEWS: MTV TRL Awards Scheduled

The annual TRL Awards will held tomorrow, Saturday at noon EST on MTV.  Artists scheduled to appear include Mariah Carey, Kanye West, Madonna, Fallout Boy, My Chemical Romance and many other stars. Chris Brown will be performing and Kelly Clarkson will be world-premiering her video "Walk Away."

Labuda Management is now repping Villains directors Benjamin Goldman and Philippe Andre for music videos. Philippe's credits include directing the Morcheeba video "World Looking In," while Benjamin directed the "Mercy Me" clip for Alkaline Trio.

NEWS: Res Screening in Hollywood

A Res screening event is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28 at The Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. The event promises videos from Death Cab For Cutie and The Go! Team, short films, an after party and even a raffle. Tickets are $10 and available from Ticketweb.

NEWS: Juno Music Video Nominees

Nominees for the 2006 Juno Awards — which is essentially the Canadian version of the Grammys — were announced at a February 15 media event in Toronto.

Nominees for the Video of The Year Award are:
