NEW RELEASE: So Called "You Are Never Alone"

The quest for understanding our place in the universe is, well, um, universal. But the path of that journey rarely takes the theatrical twists and Rube Goldbergian turns of this video for So Called. Director Benjamin Steiger Levine creates a striking melange of Asimov robotics, Gondry presentational-ism and Magritte surreality that is undeniably odd and charming at the same time. The cranial-opening antics of the lead character are un-nerving at first, but once sucked into the journey, the viewer is propelled into the timelessness and beauty of the voyage towards heaven that lies within us all. In his music video directorial debut, Nichols takes us to the lunar surface of a dry lake bed in the remote reaches of El Mirage, CA. Here the band cranks out its surreal sounds beneath a mesmerizing Northern
