High stakes poker presented in a cubist video style.

Najeeb Tarazi, director: “When I heard Walk the Walk and heard about Gaz finding inspiration in David Hockney’s work, I was reminded of Hockney’s classic photo collages. The video for Walk the Walk uses a poker game as the setting for a series of experimental video collages shot in a mid century modern apartment in Los Angeles. We had a great time figuring out how to make the technique work and I’m super grateful that Gaz wanted to take a chance on unusual visuals for his fantastic music.”

Adem "Surrounded" (Simon Dymond, dir.)

Surrounded is the debut track for Adem's 3rd album “seconds are acorns” and was commissioned via Radar Music Videos. We filmed over a single day in Nottingham, late September and spent the whole time chasing the sun. If it had rained, we'd have been screwed. Our budget was £1000, most of which was spent on a combo of Red Dragon and Lomo Anamorphic lenses. We filmed using natural light and, if the location looks familiar, that's because it featured briefly in This Is England (the feature, not the show).
