Longtime F.M. Rocks executive Yvette Lang-Einczig is no longer with the company and has announced the formation of Yell Productions, her own independent repping firm. Her director's roster includes:

Numerous reports have come in that production company F.M. Rocks is restructuring, with several staffers laid off. The main rumor we're hearing is that the company will be exiting the music video production business. More info as it comes in and gets confirmed...

F.M. Rocks has been home to Bryan Barber, Paul Fedor, Erik White and other top-line directors.

NEW RELEASE: Evanescence "Lithium"

No, it's not a cover of the Nirvana classic: "Lithium" is the latest piano power ballad from Amy Lee's goth rock powerhouse Evanescence. The video is yet another entry in the wintry fairytale music video genre, most recently used to success in Marc Webb's "Love Like Winter" video for AFI. In addition to the requisite band performance, the video shows Lee allowing her double drown herself in a lake. Perhaps a reference to Lee's desire to subjugate her narcissism? Maybe it's a nod to the pharmacological properties of Lithium and Lee is vanquishing her depressive self?
