Why waste your budget on aerial cams and explosions when you can create a character and walk through all sorts of glorious carnage in the realistic world of Grand Theft Auto? "There's A Glow" was created primarily through the video game, except for an end sequence when the singer/walker suddenly lands in the real world. 

Only thing missing is a cameo by the Vanessa Carlton piano.
