He hasn't been gone quite as long as Jeff Mangum, but the influential troubadour Damien Rice is finally ready to release a third album, My Favourite Faded Fantasy, later this year... The first video is an enigmatic affair — it's kind of a video version of Andrew Sullivan's View From Your Window — but should be just enough to pique the excitement of anyone who still has "The Blower's Daughter" stick in their head.
