Mechanimal "We Come Alive" (John Karabelas, dir.)

I was approached by Mechanimal to make a music video for one of the tracks from 'Secret Science' their second album. There was no brief and a limited budget. The structure and dynamics of the song led me to a narrative-oriented idea. The song's title, the band's name coupled with the fact that a few days ago there was news about a scientific breakthrough in the field of artificial intelligence was all I needed to get myself going with this idea about two "Thelma & Louise" cyborgs on the run, going crazy over life, death, nature, beauty and freedom, all in the span of one day.
