Triggers is a new spoken word video by BBC Radio 1 Extra and Youtube star Mim Shaikh. Featuring actors Sean Sagar (Top Boy, Ill Manors) and Kiell Smith-Bynoe (Gangsters Gamblers Geezers, Unfamous), it’s a thought-provoking film about how the choices we make affect what lives we lead. Which choices are the ones that trigger individuals to lead completely different lives?
In Mim’s own words, the video makes you think “What triggered you to make the most important decisions in your life and why?”, a thoughtful consideration timed appropriately for this year’s mental health awareness week.
