NEWS: Minnesota Snowbate Production Incentive

Minnesota has restored funding to the Minnesota Film & TV Board’s “Snowbate” production incentive program, which will provide a 15% reimbursement of below the line production costs incurred in the state. In order for music videos to qualify, the overall budget must exceed $100,000 and 60% of that must be spent in Minnesota.
