Although Jason Martin has been releasing well-respected records under the name Starflyer 59 for over a decade now, he has always remained outside the standard promotional cycles that drive the music biz. This video for "I Win" continues that tradition. Yes, it's a performance video, but the featured band is not Starflyer 59 and Martin does not appear in the video at all. Instead, we get a fictional version of SF59 that ably mimes the tune, while a series of mysterious lurkers watch TV and haunt the fake frontman in a series of desolate rooms designed by NYC-based StrangeCut Studios. -- watch "I Win"
