Pharcyde alums Tre Hardson and Fat Lip are no strangers to creative and genre-defying videos — the Spike Jonze masterpiece for their hit "Drop" is still the standard bearer for backwards performance — but this semi-reunion clip is more about recognizing and riffing on the current vanguard in hip-hop, than in redefining it. Creative crew Little Red Robot places the two rappers in a neonized world that's clearly influenced by the dayglo vibe promulgated by Kanye West's current "Glow In The Dark" phase. It's a striking and impressive effect — and certainly a bit different than the more graffitied vibe of Kanye's "Good Life" video — so, smart money is on this being an homage from one generation of creative hip-hoppers to another. --> watch "Ay Yo My Man"
