WATCH IT: will.i.am f/ Britney Spears "Scream & Shout" (Ben Mor, dir.)

If partying with will.i.am and Britney is fun, then celebrating with all the rythmically multiplied versions of them in this clip is 10x the excitement. Director Ben Mor crafts a syncopated and stylized universe that features a figure-skating inspired wardrobe  and a possible world-record for luxury product shots. There is a lot of eye candy, but nothing matches will's devastating Demolition Man cut. Simon says, "Dance." ---> watch "Scream & Shout"

WATCH IT: Katy Perry "Part of Me" (Ben Mor, dir.)

America's sweetheart, Katy Perry, opens her newest video discovering her man is cheating on her (sorry, no Aldous Snow cameo). Like Private Benjamin before her, our heroine decides that signing up for the military is the logical next step. Even though her journey starts with a semi GI Jane-ish haircut, Katy's training never looks as grimy or vicious as what Demi had to put up with.

WATCH IT: Pains Of Being Pure At Heart "The Body" (Phil Van, dir.)

As someone staring at a computer at a desk on a sunny afternoon, I will concur that being young and in love and without responsibilities on a day at the beach sounds quite nice. --> watch "The Body"

WATCH IT: Wolfgang f/ Will.i.Am "Forver" (NABIL, dir.)

Lest you think NABIL would direct a typical dance video, "Forever" takes a quick turn to the absurd when a dancing couple hooks up in a stairwell and we learn that Will.I.Am is always and forever, his full-grown visage fully formed from sperm to in-utero to toddlerhood and on up through the stages of life. And yes, those sperm and in utero sequences could double as a quite effective abstinence ad. --> watch "Forever"

WATCH IT: Black Eyed Peas "Meet Me Halfway"

Never let it be said that the Black Eyed Peas are afraid to go big. Director Ben Mor meets the hip-pop act halfway between the planets Tatooine and Endor in this sci-fi romp, "Meet Me Halfway." The elaborate production boasts elephants, levitation, spacewalking, portals and Fergie, lots of Fergie, looking good as she lolls about the foliage. (PS: Don't tell Satriani, but this sounds kind of like Viva La Vida) --> watch "Meet Me Halfway"
