Comedy Legend Harold Ramis Passes Away, Age 69

If you're uninitiated — and I don't see how you possibly could be — don't let this Ghostbusters video be introduction to comedic genius Harold Ramis. It's just the only music video remnant we have.

Ramis passed away at 69 from complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis, a rare disease that involves swelling of the blood vessels (per the Chicago Tribune).

His credits include writing Animal House, Stripes, Meatballs, Caddyshack and Ghostbusters, directing Vacation, Caddyshack and Groundhogs Day, and starring in Stripes and Ghostbusters.

Bayside "Time Has Come" (WATTS, dir.)

Committing perpetual suicide to create the world's greatest pasta sauce. The Oujia board smells of gasoline. Don't get too cuddly with the teddy bear. What's lurking in the baby pool? He only snorts the albino rats.

Captured in photos in Canoga Park, California. WATTS cast themselves and friends to pull the various stunts and tricks cluttered throughout the video. Enjoy forwards or backwards. Grip tightly, breathing in short bursts.

Kubalove "All I Want" (Susie Francis, dir.)

The leering and lingering cinematography may make you think Humbert Humbert was in the director's chair, but it's actually first-timer Susie Francis, who's worked as director Ellis Bahl's production designer. There's no twist — unless the idea that women also have carnal fantasies is a revelation to you — just lots of beauty shots climaxing just when it should.

Farai Futi "Dress Up" (PJ Germain, dir.)

The first installment of iferous LIVE...In My Living Room takes you inside the artist's home, where he's most comfortable and most at peace with his craft. This episode features LA singer/songwriter Farai Futi, from Zimbabwe. Produced By: Nat Silberg Directed/Edited By: PJ Germain Cinematography By: Tim Kang Camera Operators: Tim Kang, Jason D'Alberti, PJ Germain, Nat Silberg Shot on location in Hollywood, CA
