The VMA performer line-up keeps getting stocked with more and more talent...
MTV announced today that Justin Timberlake would be performing and accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, joining a shortlist that includes everyone from Britney Spears to R.E.M. and directors Hype Williams, Mark Romanek and more.
Also, Ariana Grande and Austin Mahone will hold it down for a very pop-friendly pre-show for the main event, which boasts a who's who of nearly every big artist with a new album to hawk: Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke and many others.
Still officially uncomfirmed? Daft Punk, of course.
The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards are Sunday, August 25, live from Brooklyn. No sleeping 'til then.
