MTV ALERT: 2009 VMA Winners

In addition to Kanye's ODB meets Joe Wilson moment at the VMAs — not to mention a bunch of performances that started on a high note with a virtual duet by Janet Jackson with her late brother Michael on their track Scream, and taken even higherr with a show-closing celebration to NYC with Jay-Z and Alicia Keys — there were also awards.
