This retro-infused number comes all the way from Serbia. The band, Ti, formed in Belgrade in 2012 - which is where the country's music scene thrives - and creates dreamy psyche-electro pop with a 90s vibe. This track is called "I'm Laughing" and comes with this almost documentary-style video about a pole dancer... which ironically is anything but joyous.
