BACK AGAIN: PSY "Gangnam Style"

Reaction shot videos, lip-synch response clips and countless GIFs are the markers of a viral video success. Many US music videos garner some of this attention, but PSY's video for "Gangnam Style" has penetrated the English speaking world like no other K-Pop song/video. What's sexier? A group of altmodels preening for the cameras, or being slyly filmed as they casually rock out to this primal back-to-basics stomper? I vote for the latter, but director Samuel Bayer delivers both with aplomb in this no-frills, but still massive Green Day video. --> watch "Oh Love"

WATCH IT: Gotye "Somebodies: A YouTube Orchestra"

A simple song with an uncanny ability to embed itself in your head metastasizes online with homages, parodies and covers. There's no controlling it, so why shouldn't Gotye to get in on the fun himself, creating a Kutiman/YouTube mash-up that takes all sort of divergent takes on his massive hit "Somebody That I Used To Know" into something new. --> watch "Somebodies"
