Buy the "Juicy" house for $10.975 million

Yes, the iconic mansion from Notorious B.I.G.'s "Juicy" is for sale.  This architectural masterpiece is located at the highest point in the Hamptons with a view of the Atlantic Ocean, which can be enjoyed while sitting in the swimming pool or hot tub, both of course on the roof of the house.It's actually down from its asking price of $30 million when it first hit the market in 2007.  If you are interested, here is the official listing.

John Mayer keeps trudging (Eastbound, it should be noted) through all sorts of terrain set pieces ‚blustery cities, lush forests, a wintery field and lots more, only stopping to jam with his band.
