Woodkid "I Love You" (Yoann Lemoine, Dir.)

I LOVE YOU

Director Yoann Lemoine's musical alter-ego Woodkid returns with the fittingly lovely "I Love You." Although it utilizes the same gorgous b/w grading as previous clips "Run Boy Run" and "Iron" but busts out of the studio, contrasting a man at a church organ with an explorer who scales some epic Icelandic  landscapes en route to a breathtaking underwater religious experience.

MTV Dedicate App Launches

Want to dedicate a music video to somebody? MTV has an app for that. MTV Dedicate rolled out last week, allowing you to send a music video and a message via e-mail or Facebook post. The app also lets you browse the MTV archives by year, by popularity and more.

One thing you can't do, unfortunately, is send out a long distance dedication as beautiful as this classic Casey Kasem American Top 40 outtake...

Of course things are seedy are seedy on Jubliee Street. This is Nick Cave, with John Hillcoat directing. These two masters keep things open to interprentation, as does actor Ray Winstone, but the basic story involves a man who's found transcendence with a prostitute. And, if the lyrics are to be believed, she's also a good bookkeeper. NSFW
