MVPA Awards Submission Deadline is April 5

The Music Video Production Association — representing production companies and directors, plus freelance workers and other music video related companies — is now accepting entries for the 2013 MVPA Awards, which will be held May 30, 3013 in Los Angeles.

I'd been wanting to do an edgy, hard comedy short for a while and had been noodling around on the page with this "Chuck Norris of love" type character when an random image of Lou Diamond Phillips serendipitously popped in my head. Who knows where it came from (or what messed up muse sent it my way), but I decided to run with it and thus... "Lucy in the Sky with Diamond" was born.
