Robin Thicke "Blurred Lines (UNRATED / NSFW)" (Diane Martel, dir.)

Last week's Robin Thicke, Pharrell and T.I. collabo "Blurred Lines" was one of those rare videos that managed to be both sexy and fun. And, even rarer: The clean version is the better version. This newly released UNRATED version of the video — aka NSFW aka nudity — might be more revealing, but leaving less to the imagination is sometimes less imaginative.

Team Spirit "Jesus He's Alright" (Ian Perlman, dir.)

Team Spirit - Jesus, He's Alright

As the title says, Jesus may be alright, but not if you're looking to have a hellacious good time at church. Director Ian Perlman and animation duo HannesJohannes create a church of rock 'n' roll for NYC band Team Spirit, mixing up all the vices you know and love, even if they're gonna send you to hell. PS: This is probably NSFW, especially if you work at a church.

Lana Del Rey "Chelsea Hotel No 2" (Ant Shurmer, dir.)

Lana Del Rey - Chelsea Hotel No 2

Hero of the Internetz or Source of Everything Wrong, Lana Del Rey (and yes, those are the only two choices) is back with a video for the Leonard Cohen classic 'Chelsea Hotel No 2.' After getting much bigger and grander with her recent videos, Lana returns to what looks like a really well-done version of the earliest, self-made clips that launched her career.

Retox "Mature Science" (Simon Chan, dir.)

Retox 'Mature Science'

Directed by Simon Chan, the new video features the band in a riot-like scenario, where the band kidnaps a police officer and brings him to an undisclosed location. The disturbing story unfolds in 2:47 minutes, ending in an intense, bloody scene that can only be fully realized by watching the video.

Icona Pop "I Love It" (Fredrik Etoall, dir.)

Icona Pop - I Love It (feat. Charli XCX) [OFFICIAL VIDEO]

This video has been out for a while, but it's only recently that I've succombed to the song, which is one of those rarities that can work with both the electro hipsters and the pop masses (depending on the audio edit). The video is minor affair, practically begging some gonzo filmmaker to create something kickass. Or, maybe I'm the one begging...

Ain't No Love "Gone Already" (Samuel Flueckiger, dir.)

Ain't No Love - Gone Already [Video]

Ainʼt No Love, an electro hiphop quartet from Toronto, with a sound cultivated in Montreal, have perfected the craft of body moving music with an attitude. Rappers 1990 and Beanz control the crowd with ease, as Saidahʼs smooth voice hypnotizes the room, all over top of producer Liam Clarkeʼs heavy melodic backdrop. Some reviewers have labelled their sound as “Renegade Pop” while others simply call it “exciting”.
