Midnight Jugglers "Memorium" is actually a short film, Wireframe Memories, tracing the history of CGI from seemingly simple lines and squiggles, to the full-on 3D structures now possible with tools that are essentially toys, like the Xbox Kinect camera.
The Creators Project has an interview with band member and video director Vincenzi Vandella, who describes the process:

About midway through this video I decided that it's a loose retelling of the Wizard Of Oz, but in Bolivia, which looks even more magically odd and beautiful than Oz itself.
Don't let the fact that this video bills itself as a "fan video" fool you: It's much better than that. I'd go with "unofficial/unsolicited" — yet, apparently appreciated by the band — this is a nicely conceived and executed stop-motion tale of a plug looking to stick itself into an outlet.
Michael Lawrence, director: "I took a train to Pittsburgh with two bags, some ideas and a camera. Chris (Wise Blood) and I drove around his hometown for five days, got into trouble, set some things on fire, filmed most of it, and made a video. Hope you like it."
Ke$ha clearly works well with director Darren Craig and the gang is back for 'Crazy Kids.' The visuals are just as over the top as we expect from everyone's favorite Warrior.
