Before you start complaing the lack of advertised hologram performers at this year's Coachella, let's remember: The company that made the spectral/virtul 2Pac filed for bankruptcy (which might actually be an amazing metaphor for most hip-hop: Looks rich, talks big, but is actually broke).
The Coachella 2013 line-up is out and features the expected crop of:
- reuniting bands: The Postal Service, Blur, Stone Roses
- current bands returning with new albums: Phoenix, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vampire Weekend,
- established arena lords: Red Hot Chili Peppers (actually, they're the only ones)
- legends: Lou Reed, Nick Cave
