While strapped inside a padded cell, Moore's mind conjures up a harrowing reality that seems inspired by other videos — for example, the huge medical magnifying glass motif of Marilyn Manson and a room of skewed perspectives much like the one director Michel Gondry used for The White Stripes video "The Denial Twist." Of course, the other possibility is that Moore is totally sane and that he's trapped in some nightmarishly bizarre vision of the future. -- watch "The Latest Plague"
