Description: Accident prone people in monkey masks ride around on bikes in this wonderfully weird music video. The footage is treated with a scratched film effect so that the video can pass as an archival clip from the Council on Bicycle Safety.  The song itself is a near rewrite of R.E.M.'s "It's The End Of The World As We Know It (and I Feel Fine)."
