Description: Motion City Soundtrack frontman Justin Pierre fights off hallucinations as he visits a psychiatrist in "Everything Is Alright." Fellow patients and even the shrink and his nurse all lip-sync vocals while weird flashes and distortions dart across the screen. Judging by the brain artwork that appears on the walls of the full band set-up, it's very likely that the band's energetic performance of this punk/pop cut exists solely in Pierre's mind as well.
