Although there is indeed a real place called Neptune City along the Jersey Shore — and whattaya know, singer/songwriter Nicole Atkins grew up in neighboring Neptune, NJ — this video could be a look back in time at almost any once grand ocean resort town, be it nearby Asbury Park and Atlantic City, or Brooklyn's own Coney Island.
