There's a melancholy that runs throughout the music of Alex Brown Church aka Sea Wolf. Tales of gypsy women, forests, falling leaves and anything else that fits your vision of autumnal treachery and missed opportunities. Director Cat Solen captures that in her video for "Winter Windows," but she also includes a bit of homemade whimsy that's also a big part of the slowly burning Sea Wolf mystique. The video plays like a hazy dream. It's as if Alex has awoken with an idea for a song that's so darn magical that it causes, well, it causes some spooky and magical stuff to occur. (Sorry.
