Hear great advice on story plots, planning and executing, as well as salient advice on how to avoid pitfalls.
Founder of Video Static, Steven J Gottlieb has been in the music video business since 1995. He has consulted on numerous music videos, in addition to leading successful video promotion campaigns for a vast array of artitsts.
Kerri Kleiner
Executive Producer Kerri Kleiner brings her talent and
extensive background to HELLO! Kerri has been involved in the music industry
since starting at Madonna’s Maverick Records. She held label posts at Columbia
and Atlantic, segued into postproduction at Brass Knuckles, and later
production at Oil Factory. She successfully launched her own production
company, Kleiner Inc., in 2007 and has produced videos for notable artists such
as The Black Keys, Wiz Khalifa, Drake, The National, Chris Isaacs, , B.O.B., Delta Spirit and many others.
Doug McVehil
Doug McVehil oversees VEVO’s global music programming,
talent, operations and industry relations, working closely with artists,
labels, managers and content owners. Prior to joining VEVO, Doug was Senior
Vice President, Digital at Sony Music’s Epic Records, where he oversaw all
aspects of the label’s digital marketing campaigns, artist website development
and music video promotion strategies. Previously, he spent 11 years running
Epic’s Video Promotion department. Prior to his tenure at Epic, Doug held posts at Atlantic Records and Endless Music. Doug has also worked in television, as a Producer and Program Director for KBDI, and in retail, as a buyer for Wax Trax Records, both in Denver where he started his career as a popular club DJ.
Eytan Oren
Lead singer of Brooklyn pop/rock/soul band Eytan and the
Embassy, whose video for "Everything Changes" was recently featured
on CNN, Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, NY Magazine, and MTV Buzzworthy.
Eytan is also the founder of environmental organization Musician's Energy
Conservation Alliance (MECA) and co-founder of inBloom: The Eco App.
Timothy Saccenti
Timothy Saccenti is a director and photographer. He lives in
New York City and works worldwide. Saccenti's singularly unique, immersive
style has been imprinted onto genres of music, publication and fine art.
Saccenti’s groundbreaking visual output includes influential and genre defying
films for artists ranging from indie icons Animal Collective, Hip Hop master
EL-P to R&B lengends Usher and Erykah Badu. His commercial oeuvre includes
the controversial “Playfaces” television campaign for the launch of the Sony PS3, as well as spots for Nike, Diesel and Audi, amongst others. As a fine artist, Saccenti has exhibited “The Garden” at the Diesel, Demin gallery in Tokyo as well as multiple group shows around the world.
