Although things begin with a reverb soaked guitar vamp that would make Keith Richards happy/angry and a graphical and colorful landscape by artists/designers Martin & Youle that reminds me of the Rolling Stones early '80s Undercover period, this new effort from Hot Chip radically shifts gears into a multi-culti dance explosion. The visuals get a bit more poppish, coming across like Roy Lichtenstein on a hallucinatory jaunt through India, while Hot Chip use the accelerated beats to show off the same dorky tomfoolery they've flaunted in past videos like "On The Floor" and "Over And Over." --> watch "One Pure Thought"
