Tommy Lee may hail from Motley Crue, but the fixation in this complex clip for Methods Of Mayhem is clearly on Nine Inch Nails. In some ways, the video plays like a straight-up homage to the NIN videography — the pinpoint performance effect a la "Only," the b&w runaway scenes from "We're In This Together" and even the strapped down torture porn of "Happiness In Slavery." The video begins with Lee getting defibrillated, thus causing various memories and/or imaginations to flash through his mind. They're all sticky situations,but the one that seems to really set Lee off is when he's seen as a regular guy in a typically dysfunctional suburban relationship. --> watch "Timebomb"
