Sound of Ceres "Bryn Marina" (David Jude Harris, dir.)

Bryn Marina was written and recorded by Ryan Hover, Karen Hover and Robert Schneider in Fort Collins, Colorado and Decatur, Georgia. Bryn Marina is a journey through time and space- a story of how the human intersects with the universe and the relationship they share. Over a year in the making, the Bryn Marina video was filmed in time-lapse using still cameras and macro lenses to capture children's “grow in water” toys as they slowly sprouted and came to life. Animated by the music, the plastic toys become underwater characters emerging from the primordial soup.

Gabrielle "Mer" (Kristoffer Klunk, dir.)

"MER" is inspired by the harsh grasp of consumerism, and how it can make us blind by greed in the pursuit for material goods. The story is set in a post apocalyptic world, where a group of nomads collect the remains of a lost society. But as their collection grows bigger, so does their desire for more. All that glitters is not gold.

Melody Gardot "Preacherman" (Calum Macdiarmid, dir.)

Many people feel that the spark of the civil rights movement was the tragic death of 14-year old Emmett Till in Mississippi on August 28, 1955. Now, almost sixty years later, director Calum MacDiarmid recreates that incident for Melody Gardot's new song — showing a different kind of intensity than the Run The Jewels clip from last month, but with the same messages conveyed.

Both the song and video have been endorsed by the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation.

Calexico "Falling From The Sky" (Mikel Cee Karlsson, dir.)

Falling From The Sky, or How Jose Gonzalez Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Worm.

Oddities abound here — from Jose Gonzalez being in a video for Calexico song that actually features Band Of Horses singer Ben Bridwell, to the creepy relationship with an ugly worm — but answers might be forthcoming in a follow-up video that's for a Gonzalez track. Or maybe not.

Heidi Klum in Sia "Fire Meets Gasoline" (Francesco Carrozzini, dir.)

Before you complain that Sia's mini muse Maddie Ziegler is nowhere to be found in this new video, you should know that:

  • It doubles as a short film for Heidi Klum Intimates
  • Heidi Klum is in the video and in her "intimates"
  • It co-stars Pedro Pascall, who you know for his head-crushingly great performace as Prince Oberyn on Game Of Thrones. (And yes, that's kind of a spoiler)
