Director Phil Harder has joined the Merge @ Crossroads roster, where he will be represented by Tommy Labuda of Labuda Management. Harder has been directing videos since the late '80s, working with a diverse group of acts that includes Incubus, Prince, Foo Fighters, Hilary Duff, Liz Phair, Cornershop, Low and many more.
