Why write a video treatment when you just need 140 words?

Meet Tongal, a start-up which has been "crowd-sourcing" commercials and is now moving into music videos.

Things work like your typical contest, with prizes as low as $250 for a winning brief (no longer than 140 words) and $25,000 for a full video.

Submit an idea, hope it's good and maybe you make some money. Which i guess isn't incredibly different from the standard video process.
