Ryan Pallotta
Ryan Pallotta's directing credits include music videos for Ne-Yo, Robin Thicke, Jason Derulo, Faith Evans and more. Ryan is a photographer and director and his videos often take on a photographic and cinematic approach. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Ryan now lives and works in Los Angeles 

Sil Van Der Woerd
In 2011, Sil and Rutger co-directed the short film Requiem 2019. The film was staff-picked on Vimeo where it received 500.000+ views. Commercially, Sil signed with Digital Domain’s Mothership (US), SuperGoober (UK), and Bandits Production (France), for which he directed several commercial projectsCurrently, Sil is developing his short film Mirage and completing the script of his first feature film.

Hyghly Alleyne
Hyghly Alleyne is a young director who is part of the creative team for such artists as The Weeknd, Drake, and Ricky Hil.   Hyghly broke through in the industry when Drake sought him out to shoot stills for his album cover for Take Care and later directed three videos off the album Headlines and Marvins Room. Alleyne went on to direct the video for Grammy nominated song The Motto featuring Lil Wayne and Tyga. This video won the MMVA Hip Hop Video of the Year in 2012. His latest video for Ricky Hil his is a dark moody noir type piece that features The Weeknd.  

Thom Glunt
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Thom Glunt completed his film degree at a college in Pittsburgh before moving to Chicago to launch his directing career in music videos full time. Thom quickly differentiated himself in the industry by showcasing his talent for creating fantastical imagery and penchant for dark humor into his videos. With a keen interest and skill in creating practical effects and getting deeply involved in art direction, Thom takes great pride in becoming intimately involved with the production of shoots from conception to completion. 

Armen Djerrahian
Armen was born and raised in Paris where his passion for films and photography began while he was involved in BMX. Looking for new challenges, Armen moved to the US and now works in NYC as photographer and video director. Since his arrival in NYC, Armen was able to create memorable work and showed that his creativity as no boundaries, whether it’s shooting a Vibe magazine cover with Usher or writing and directing a series of beautiful short films for Van Cleef & Arpels and ELLE. His most recent work fortunately attracted  ome of the world’s shiniest industry accolades and a nomination for the BET Awards for “Best Video Of the Year”. 

Amber Gray
Amber's stunning photography and directing work has been sought after by several high-profile companies including work for Maybelline NY, Gucci, YSL, and Marie Claire. Her distinct style is rooted in fantasy, drama and whimsy.

Tommaso Cardile
Tommaso grew up in Milan in the early 80’s, to a director father and producer mother, impressing a love of the arts upon him at a young age. He moved from Europe to New York in 2003 to begin his film career. Working a variety of jobs and gaining invaluable experience in every step of the production process along the way, he applied his skills to creating a number of music videos, and commercials for national and international audiences, as well as collaborating with Vogue.

Aram Bedrossian
Aram Bedrossian is a fashion photographer living in NYC. He has shot for V Magazine, Coach, and Lovecats. His visual style is graphic and bold and he has the ability to capture women as both provocative and powerful.
