Black Kites singer Evelyn Reyes finds herself alienated from the hipsters at a bohemian L.A. house party where her band is playing an informal gig. Luckily, she spies a bit of magic out of an upstars window. It's her guardian angel — Clarence? Is that you? — and streaks of light that animate a butterfly and other wonder. She joins him outside and finds that she has not only sprouted her own wings, but also the courage to walk alone through the strangely snowy evening and enjoy her own wonderful life. --> watch "Paper Heart"
