98 out of 100 videos shot in Paris would be about Paris, with its touristy landmarks and famed architecture. Maybe it's because director Philip Andelman makes his primary home there, but he keeps the focus entirely on Taylor Swift and an understated love story, never letting her or the emotions get overwhelmed by the location.
