MTV kicked off their 2013 new artist discovery platform "MTV Artist To Watch" with a concert at NYC's Highline Ballroom with Zedd, Jessie Ware, Twenty One Pilots and Robert DeLong.
Other artists included in the first batchof MTVATW are: Alt-J, Austin Mahone, Becky G, Gold Fields, Hunter Hayes, Joey Bada$$, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Trinidad James, and The Weeknd. Each of the 13 picks will get two weeks of special features across MTV’s various cable channels — MTV, MTV2, mtvU, MTV Hits and MTV Jams — and websites, including artists.mtv and MTV Hive.
