We plan to dig into the MAINLINE a bit more down the road, but here's a good introduction. Directors AG Rojas and Vincent Haycock founded MAINLINE as a home for special projects. Their first endeavor is TRIBUTE, a series of youth films for Dazed Digital, with a directorial roster that's also a good shortlist for the new wave of music video directors: Aaron Brown of Focus Creeps, Abteen Bagheri, Brewer, Emily Kai Bock, Matt Lambert, and of course, Haycock and Rojas. CODY hit the web this week, which is the Rojas contribution to the series: Filmed off the cuff in Taft, CA, with an interesting teenager that Rojas and crew met while scouting. Whatever was original intended is irrelevent, since a school shooting took place in Taft that same day, thereby changing everything for everyone.
