Billy Corgan resurrects The Smashing Pumpkins with original members James Iha and Jimmy Chamberlin in this first taste of new music. And while the visuals seem to be squarely in a gloomy, yet bizarre "rat in a cage" style, we soon learn that things ain't so different out in the sunny real world.
