Well, well, well... Looks like the wait won't be for so long after all for a proper "Suit And Tie" video. The style looks to be semi-formal slick, but we shall see.

If you're more interested in who's directing, well, it's a fact that casting was underway this week for a video to be directed by David Fincher starring "two of the biggest musical stars in the world," which I think is a pretty good description of Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z. And JT had a starring role in Fincher's The Social Network, so it would be a natural fit.
