BET has a new agreement with Wal-Mart that will create special BET-branded retail spaces and displays in thousands of Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores. Wal-Mart and Sam's Club will be the offering exclusive BET Official" DVDs that will be packaged as added value content with select urban music and movie releases.
The series launched with Kanye West's Late Registration, which is available at the retail chains as a special two-pack that contains the CD and a BET Official Presents Kanye West DVD. Content on the DVD includes several Kanye West music videos, an interview with the performer on BET countdown show 106 & Park, a BET-produced Access Granted documentary and other footage.
