How can you not love a Polish awards show that doles out Golden Frogs for the best cinematography achievements? The annual Plus Cameraimage Film Festival will unveil an Award for Best Cinematography in a Music Video — a much deserved recognition of the stellar and often groundbreaking cinematography seen in music videos.
The inaugural nominees are:
- 50 Cent "Ayo Technology" — Chris Probst, cinematographer
- Cat Power "Where Is My Love" — Max Goldman, cinematographer
- Dave Gahan "Kingdom" — Kasper Tuxen Anderson, cinematographer
- Death Cab For Cutie "I Will Possess Your Heart" — Shawn Kim & Aaron Stewart-Ahn, cinematographers
- Emily Hayes+Soft Skeleton "Our Hell" — Mike LeBlanc, cinematographer
- Usher "Love In This Club" — Jeff Cronenweth, cinematographer
