Nominees have been announced for the 2009 BET Hip-Hop Awards, taping October 10 in Atlanta for broadcast October 27 on the network. Kanye West leads the pack with nine nominations; Jay-Z and Lil' Wayne have seven noms apiece, with T.I. checking in with six.
