Canada is strange. Really strange. Like, Gummo strange. OK, maybe not that strange. Director Michael Maxxis unveils a side of Canada that's anything but glamorous (yet still polite), matched with a storyline that could come from an episode of Napoleon Dymamite (if it was a series).
